To get tone in a specific area of your body you have to exercise, but more importantly you have to lose the fat that is covering up the areas. Even if you exercise and there is still "flab" covering the area then you can't see the tones muscles underneath. Some things that really work for me is: 1. Replace all liquids in diet with water, no juice, no soda 2. Do not eat 4 hours before sleeping (which is where the whole no eating after 6 pm comes from) 3. Keep a diary of food intake and calories so you become aware of what and how much you're eating Good luck!

What a load o' rubbish! However, you can tone your muscles like that, but don't hit your tummy too hard... If you tone your muscles it will replace the fat....????? The fat does not dessolve!!!!
However, don't do it! Just make sure you have enough exercise, you diet properly and do other lil things like eat enough fruit and vedge (for the fibre) and drink loads of water and less alcohol (don't want a wine/whiskey/beer/... belly!)
Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!

Might as well smear onions under your armpits......
No, I don't think your idea will work.
Excercise and proper diet are the only things that will......unless your'e into rock climbing. But if your'e top heavy you'll just roll down or tip over. Sort of like fainting goats.

NO. That's one of the dumbest things I've heard. You'll end up with a bruised abdomen.
The only way to get rid of fat is diet, exercise or liposuction. That's it.

What do you honestly think the correct answer is? If it were this easy then sales of boxing gloves would consistently outsell all slimming aids/supplements.

NO! You could injure yourself. If you hit yourself hard enough, you could cause an internal injury, even an internal haemorrhage.
