mine are -10 so proper coke bottles... i can get ultra thin and light lenses in glasess but they cost at least £200 more.. so i opt for contact lenses and a pair of basic glasses to wear if i need to get up through the night.

My lenses could verge on being coke bottle but I always get high-index lenses instead. Not only are they thinner but they are also lighter.

No, that's still within the range of mild myopia. Perhaps one of the professional here could test the refractive power of a coke bottle.

any thick lens. good thing lenses are made of lighter materials now -no one knows and they're more comfortable to wear.
