I have an overfull courseload and a whole bunch of volunteer stuff I'm now committed to, to plump up my resume. Sometimes I'm hungry and it's difficult to concentrate. What can I do to up my concentration so I don't hav to borrow a lot of money from my parents?

Don't panic. There are alot of inexpensive and nutritious foods that are also easy to cook and keep you satisfied...

Ramen Noodle Soup $.33 per package
Rice $1 per 5 Lb bag
Beans $1 per 1 Lb bag
Eggs $1.50 per dozen
Oatmeal $1.50 per HUGE box
Soups $.60 to $1 per can
Peanut Butter $1.99 per jar
canned refrigerated cinnamon rolls $1.79 per can
Frozen vegetables $1.99 per pack

Try the fried rice seasoning packets at your local grocer...cook with a little scrambled egg and frozen peas and it's a meal. Beans are not expensive, they're nutritious and a good source of protein. Start your day with a cup of coffee or milk with toast with peanut butter or plain butter. Soups are great lunch foods and cost maybe $1 per can...some as low as 60 cents, if you buy the condensed soups. Vegetables are great as additions to your meal or even as a main dish.
