Dich means you..
And suck means suck...

Maybe you hear Suck dich which means 'you suck!'

I don't know! But this could be it.

Would have been better with more context, but maybe you're hearing "Suche Dich," which translates to "(I) seek you."

German verbs are conjugated, so it is frequently unnecessary to use the subject pronoun.

In southern Germany, the /ch/ phoneme sounds like /sh/ so Dich would sound like "dish."

dish is Dich (you), but sucka ? only Zucker (sugar) sounds similar, or suchen (seek)
all together : suche Dich (seek you)

+This may be:
sarkastisch = sarcastic....
Full sentence would be fine.
But in Bavarian :
Sakrati = (Sakrament) as a insult.
