Can you take black and white pictures and stuff with this camera?

This is the camera just wonderin if you can if so tell me how please!!! Canon PowerShot A560 7.1-Megapixel Digital Camera

You might as well open the owner's manual for yourself. To get the best out of your camera, you need to know what the settings are, how they are accessed, and how they affect your pictures.

I think there's a black and white setting in all. Usually I think you go to MENU and then scroll through and if you see something like color effect/etc there should be B&W, Cool, Warm, Sepia, etc. It's 'cos I had a Canon Powershot too.
