Sure, let's all go back where we came from. All the whites to Europe, me to the Middle East, all the blacks to Africa, all the Mexicans to Spain, all the Indians, back to Siberia (won't make 'em walk this time because the land bridge is under water!) and we'll just leave the entire western hemisphere a vast wasteland! Don't know what you're smokin' dude, but I wish I had some, because I'd like to get that f*cked up!

To what nation would most of us return?
For example; I'm of German, Scot, Irish and English descent.
My wife is of Native American blood; Apache and Sioux.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if in either or both of our Family trees would find some African, as well.
We live in a State named for an English King, in County that carries the name of a Frenchman in a town with a name that means "peaceful harmony".
Viewed in this light, the word "indivisible" within the Pledge of Allegiance takes on a whole new connotation.
In this context, it becomes indisputable that US citizens do not view the people of the world as our enemies, merely ideologies, best expressed by Winston Churchill's words.

Absolutely! And while we're at it, let's send the Normans who invaded England in 1066 back to where they came from. And let's give the Mongol hordes and Muslims who invaded Europe the same medicine. Then we should roll back all of the advances in science, medicine, technology and human rights which have occurred over the last 1,000 years as a result of these politically insensitive migrations and conquests.

Its 2007 and there are immigration laws in almost every country in the world.
Anyone who enters any country legally is on the right side of the law; anyone who enters any country illegally is a criminal.
It really is that simple.

If you are trying to imply this has anything to do with the illegals coming in...answer a few questions...did the settlers come in expecting to live off other peoples welfare,jobs, schools, or did they come in a work for what they got. other than that is is a perfectly silly comparison
