I often get to the point when I'm feeling like that where I throw up. It mostly happens when I'm traveling. Just try to think of something that sounds appetizing, even if it's bad for you or something you wouldn't normally crave, then eat as much of it as you can manage because you need at least some calories and nutrients to function properly.

Yes, you should eat something. There have been a few times when I didn't eat right for so long that I stopped feeling hungry: Instead I felt sick.

Try something like apple sauce or pineapple to jump-start your appetite again.

haha that happens to me too, just know that if you don't feel sick, you still should eat if you are not hungry
