I had Kittens and only one of them has like liquid and then forms like dirt on the side of her eyes. Already 6 months passed and there was no change I thought it would go away alone. can I do something to help cure it please.

Use Tobrex (NOT Tobradex) eye drops, one drop per eye morning and evening for a week. Also get the kitten to the vet to check for other infections, because the eyes are often a symptom of a more generalised infection. Does he have a runny nose too, for example?

If it is not a problem, ask a vet, but sumtimes it can be the eyes #cleaning themselves, they can clean themselves too much and produce what we call 'sleepys' but too us they look more like hard lumps of dirt on cats. Good luck and Happy Xmas.xxx

Poor kitty. It has an eye infection or a cold. Needs to be kept warm, clean an comfortable.
Eye drops and nutritional supplements will help.
Phone your vet and they should be able to tell you what to pick up.

She could have a herpes virus and needs treated as soon as you can. Or it could be an upper respiratory infection. Either way you should have your kitty checked by a veterinarian ASAP.
