That's an awfully long name! Chances are the cat doesn't have the attention span to listen to it all! The poet T.S. Eliot said cats have 3 names - their formal name, their short name or pet name that their people call them, and a name that only they themselves know. I have a feeling +feline-four/legged-furry|me-... Kitty;kat is her formal name and you call her "FF" or something for short!

Name him or her after the place or region where you obtained it. As I did with my cat, "Mojave," and my dog, "Vegas."

Years ago, I had two other cats: Popocatepetl and Ixtaccihuatl. After the twin volcanoes near Mexico City. I named them just before I went to college down there, and climbed Popocatepetl three times on weekends. They were born in Iowa, but had exotic names. I called the cats "Popo" and "Ixie," for short. :)

I had a kitten that we called "L.C.Bem", which stood for "Leg-climbing, blue-eyed moggy". We called her Elsie (L.C) for short. Are you trying to enter the Guiness Book of Records for the longest cat name?
Good luck!

Cat does NOT care! As long as you feed it, play with it and care for it intelligently and love it...you could name it Slime and it would be your contented companion. Have fun! Merry Christmas!
