if you really missed him that much that u had to kiss him then you would have been in torture these past 7 months not talking/seeing him. if you haven't been, this may be just a sexual fling.

If it was a pre-arranged meeting and he put a planter on ya then he wants to either give it another go, or he wants to sleep with you. Now that's the 60million dollar question!
If it was a meeting by chance and it was a wee peck then he was probably just saying hello. Unless asked if he can call you.
