I have a bottle of cider that has an out of date on it which states it goes out of date on the Auguest 2007

But as the shops are closed i can't buy any more. would it be ok to drink.. or what would be amatter with drinking it?

Apples are pressed to create cider. Apple juice. When aged the natural sugars create alcohol or Hard Cider. Good buzz, bad hangover. You choose. Heat it to remove alcoholic content, add butter and cinnamon. Then I would add Rum to the hot mixture. yum. Hot Rum Toddy.
