i am 32 yrs old and i have the strength that i have as when i was in my adolensence stage. i am perfectly healthy but i have the same muscle definition

That just means you havnt done ANYTHING to help out your body like working out or exercising, which is pretty sad for someone your age.

Go and workout some so you can have some more strenght and good health for the rest of your life. GOOD LUCK!
