My most stressful day on the job I currently have was when I went to take the driving test for my CDL (commercial driver's license). I knew all the answers, I have memorized 4 pages of all the things I would check on my vehicle every day before I drove it but my mind went totally blank when the DOT officer walked up to my vehicle and I could not think of the names of the most common parts of the vehicle. I was seriously hyperventilating and no words would come out.
I took some deep breaths and got through the test without throwing up.

Probably the most stressful situations I ever faced on the job was the sudden death of an employee - telling the rest of the staff and dealing with their reactions was pretty awful, and I was pretty torn up myself over it. This happened three times while I was in management, two auto accidents and one sudden illness.
