Very good question and one moved by the Holy Spirit.

Many believe once the church is raptured, the Holy Spirit will be removed. Yet, I believe their interpretation of 2 Thess. 2 is not correct.

It tells of the Holy Spirit being removed, but this event occurred many, many years ago when the catholic church corrupted how baptism was to be done in the church.

The end result was creating a church that had a form of godliness, but denied the power of the Holy Spirit.

This in turn brought about a more corrupt man known as the man of sin. I will post the complete study below.

2 Thess. 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall
not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin
be revealed, the son of perdition;

When I read this, the Holy Spirit reminded me of things I have been
told already through the spirit. How the Catholic Church did away
with the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking and tongues and
gifts of the spirit. I believe this is the falling away it is talking
about. And the man it is talking about is not one man, but a type of
man. A breed of men. If you look in verse 10, it says:

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that
perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they
might be saved.

In this verse, I believe it is telling how they will take the Holy
Spirit from the church.

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now
letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

As to what this man of sin looks like. I believe the answer is
found in 2 Tim. 3

2 Timothy 3 KJV

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters,
proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers,
incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers
of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from
such turn away.

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead
captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the
truth.

The rapture is never called the rapture in the Bible, but yes the Holy Spirit will leave the earth upon the calling of all of Christs church. That is the dead first and then in an instant the living. Only those who know the Christ will hear Him call. They are the ones who will be taken up with the Christ and the Holy Spirit will leave as well.
The apostle Paul speaks of the Holy Spirit leaving when He is taken out of the way. It's in the second epistle to the Thessalonians, the second chapter from the fifth verse to the tenth verse.
I don't recall it mentioned in the book of Revelation.

If the Holy Spirit left the earth at the time of the Rapture, no one could be saved after the Rapture, which is clearly not the case. Many people will come to Christ (and be martyred) after the Rapture.
