Soak your shirt in cold water to get out as much of the blood as possible. Then, scrub your shirt with soap, more cold water, and a stiff brush until you can't see any more of the stain. That should hold you over until you can get to a washing machine. Launder in cold water and air-dry just in case you didn't get it all out beforehand. Avoid heat in all stages of the cleaning, or the stain will be set permanently.

Ruthaya's answer is good. Another thing you can try is iodine. That usually gets out blood, but test it on a hidden area and make sure it doesn't make the fabric dye run or fade first. Good luck.

Soak in cold water with some laundry soap. If the blood isn't out - keep soaking. Then when it is out, wash as usual.

Tide White stick. but washing it with some STAIN REMOVER. I used one, and the name escapes me at the moment, but it comes in a bottle with two agents. One clear, one pink. Squirt it on the stain. I haven't had it fail me yet. take out about anything.

ruthaya2 has the answer
but
do not be clumsy. take a deep breath. FOCUS on what you are doing. Be self-aware. Think Zen. Take up juggling, Yoga? If you are not focussed on what actions you are taking, next time it could be a car hitting a line of people. Daydreaming is OUT
