The Feast

[5:112] Recall that the disciples said, "O Jesus, son of Mary, can your Lord send down to us a feast from the sky?" He said, "You should reverence GOD, if you are believers."

[5:113] They said, "We wish to eat from it, and to reassure our hearts, and to know for sure that you have told us the truth. We will serve as witnesses thereof."

Greater Miracles Bring Greater Responsibility*

[5:114] Said Jesus, the son of Mary, "Our god, our Lord, send down to us a feast from the sky. Let it bring plenty for each and every one of us, and a sign from You. Provide for us; You are the best Provider."

[5:115] GOD said, "I am sending it down. Anyone among you who disbelieves after this, I will punish him as I never punished anyone else."

On The Day Of Resurrection

[5:116] GOD will say, "O Jesus, son of Mary, did you say to the people, `Make me and my mother idols beside GOD?' " He will say, "Be You glorified. I could not utter what was not right. Had I said it, You already would have known it. You know my thoughts, and I do not know Your thoughts. You know all the secrets.

[5:117] "I told them only what You commanded me to say, that: `You shall worship GOD, my Lord and your Lord.' I was a witness among them for as long as I lived with them. When You terminated my life on earth, You became the Watcher over them. You witness all things.

[5:118] "If You punish them, they are Your constituents. If You forgive them, You are the Almighty, Most Wise."

[5:119] GOD will proclaim, "This is a day when the truthful will be saved by their truthfulness." They have deserved gardens with flowing streams. They abide therein forever. GOD is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. This is the greatest triumph.

[5:120] To GOD belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, and everything in them, and He is Omnipotent.

Jesus knows full well that the world can tolerate a helpless baby Jesus for a few days a year, just as long as it can then shove the nativity scene away in a cupboard and get on with its ungodliness. A baby Jesus is no threat to anyone.

Jesus will be looking for those who don't stop at the crib but who go on to consider what he grew up to be, say and do. Those who thank God for Christ the Savior and the light of the world are those whom Jesus acknowledges as honoring him. Those who try to emasculate him (by 'keeping' him as a baby or who try to rob him of his gospel message and sacrificial death on the cross) are going to be in for a harsh judgment on That Day. Let Muslims who criticise others for worldliness at Christmas time look to themselves and their disregard for Christ's mission to a sinful world.

I believe He would be "turning the tables in the temple square"

(Christmas doesn't mean Christ's birth - but rather Christ's Mass - largely since it is well known that Christ was not born on December 25)

He would likely say it is a day that Christians selected and set aside to celebrate his birth even though it doesn't coincide with the actual day of his birth.

But then I think he would be confused at why he needs a day set aside to celebrate his birthday since he never requested such a thing to start with.

HEHE,

You know what is funny, I don't even think Jesus himself celebrated Christmas. So why do they? LOL! That's hilarious.

Surely Muhammed SAW celebrated the days he was alive, why didn't Jesus celebrate these days they do? Its a valid question and there is no answer for them but the answers they make for themselves.

The word literally means the birthday of Christ, but he would likely chastise what man has done to the meaning of the Messiah's birth.
