all dogs and cats can eat raw meat and raw bones. but it is not a good idea to feed cooked table food to dogs because it will start a bad habit of table feeding them which will lead to begging when you are eating and most table fed dogs are overweight.
i feed my dogs raw meaty bones and they do great, no dog food but that is another issue completely.

I wouldn't. At 8 weeks, your puppy isn't used to food that isn't formulated for puppies. I don't think it would necessarily be dangerous, but it could cause diarrhea. And you'll be teaching your puppy to eat from the table, which might be cute now, but will be an annoying habit when he or she is older. Some human food is toxic to dogs (things that you wouldn't even think of... like grapes), so it's best to only feed your puppy dog food and treats.

Just do not give your dog or cat turkey SKIN because it is very high in fat and can give them pancreatitis. Turkey dark meat is also fairly high in fat and should be avoided in a pup.

No I would not risk it. It might be bad for his insides as he is still a puppy and is growing.

Yes
No bones unless they are raw, and if you do have raw turkey, believe me, a dog can eat it.
