David & Jesus also have this in common:
"forsaken": Psalms 22:1... Matthew 27:46
Reason: Law: "I will forsake you": Jeremiah 23:39
But it's the "have I" begotten thee LORD in Ps 2:7.
And the forsaking sacrificial God on high in John 3:16.

The other God, of this/that Gods, is noted in John 3:17.
That God did not send his Son till law expired: Gal 4.
That God did NOT send his Son to condemn (law).
That God did NOT law impute sin to them: 2Cor 5:19
That God is light having no darkness at all: 1John 1:5
That God is all grace having no law at all: 1Peter 5:10
That God never forsakes: Dt 31; Jos1; 2Chron 20; Heb13

So then, we have two Gods & two Sons of God to compare:
God & Son Limited: Law -vs- God & Son Unlimited: Grace.
For mixing "contrary things" makes an oxy-MORON.

Grace --> Mercy ---> Peace with you all. Amen.

God's decree to the nations.

1. (7-9) The decree of the Son.

"I will declare the decree:
The Lord has said to Me,
'You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You.
Ask of Me, and I will give You
The nations for Your inheritance,
And the ends of the earth for Your possession.
You shall break them with a rod of iron;
You shall dash them to pieces like a potter's vessel.'"

a. I will declare the decree: The following passage indicates that this is the Lord's Anointed Himself speaking. He will declare the decree that God the Father spoke to Him.

b. You are My Son, today I have begotten You: The Lord's Anointed recalls what God the Father spoke to Him, identifying Him as the Son of the Father and emphasizing His standing as begotten of the Father.

i. The writer to the Hebrews quotes this passage in Hebrews 1:5 as evidence of the deity of Jesus and superiority to all angels. He mentions the more excellent name Jesus received, greater than all the angels. This is the "name" Son. While angels are sometimes called the sons of God in a generic sense (Job 1:6), the Father never said "My Son" to any angel in a specific sense. That is reserved for God the Son, the Second Person of the Trinity.

ii. Begotten is also an important idea, as a contrast to created. Jesus was not created; rather He created everything that was created (Colossians 1:16-17). Begotten describes a relationship between two beings of the same essential nature and being, but we create things of a different essential being and nature than ourselves. A man creates a statue but begets a child.

c. I will give You the nations for Your inheritance: The Lord's Anointed holds the nations as His inheritance. He will rule over all nations and all judgment is committed to Him (John 5:22).

i. Revelation 11:15 describes an exciting consummation of this inheritance: Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!"

d. You shall break them with a rod of iron: The Lord's Anointed has such power over the nations that they are like clay pots that he can shatter with a blow from a rod of iron. This shows why it is so foolish for the nations to defy the Lord and His Anointed. There is no reason and no benefit to their defiant opposition.

David was a man after God's own heart. Sometimes the bible uses King David as a ruler figure like the messiah.

I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

The key is "This Day". He was not born of God, but rather made to be a Son of God.

Miraculous Birth and absolving of Virgin Mary from slander

"Then We sent to her Our spirit, and he appeared before her in a form of a man in all respects." This refers to angel Gabriel. So at the time this (miraculous) event took place, this pure and chaste woman had set out to devote herself to worshipping God, and she had placed a screen in front of her for this purpose in order to protect her honor and chastity and so that she can establish her worship. Then lo and behold, a human that was well-proportioned in his form and beauty suddenly appeared before her. So she demonstrated the signs of her chastity and modesty in this instance, saying: "Verily, I seek refuge in the Most Gracious (Allaah) from you, if you do fear Allaah."

Then the noble messenger Gabriel gave her news that caused her fear to be removed and her heart to find tranquility: "I am only a messenger from your Lord, (to announce) to you the gift of a righteous son." So she replied in amazement: "How can I have a son when no man has touched me, nor am I unchaste ?" So the angel informed her: "So it will be. Your Lord said: 'That it is easy for Me. And We wish to appoint him as a sign to mankind and a mercy from Us.'"

So this spirit blew (the life of Jesus) into her. So she conceived Jesus, and withdrew with the baby in her womb to a far away place. There she gave birth to her child and was faced with the problem that any chaste and honorable woman like her would feel, so she wished she was dead. Then there came that removed her fear and anxiety: "(The baby Jesus) cried out to her from below her, saying" 'Grieve not, your Lord has provided a water stream under you.'"

These were the signs and miracles that increased her reliance, tranquility and faith in the fact that God would protect her, demonstrate that she was free from any claims of fornication, and manifest her honor and nobility. So all she needed to do was to point to this infant that the slanderes used as a means to accuse her of fornication. This child said from the cradle: "Verily, I am a slave of Allaah. He has given me the scripture and made me a prophet. And He has made me blessed wherever I may be. And He has enjoined on me prayer and giving of charity for as long as i live. And (He has enjoined me) to be dutiful to my mother, and He has not made to be arrogant and wretched. And peace be upon me the day I was born, the day I shall die, and the day I will be raised alive."

.... Adam also was born miraculously

Does the miraculous birth of Jesus make him a God or a "begotten" son of God? No! says the Holy Quran:

"The similitude of Jesus before Allah (God) is that of Adam; He created him from dust then said to him: 'Be', and he was." The Holy Qur'an,Chapter 3,Verse 59

If being born without a male parent entitles Jesus to being equated with God, then, Adam would have a greater right to such honor.

GOOD QUESTION.
THE BOOK OF PSALMS IS NOT ONLY WRITTEN BY DAVID.
THE SECOND VERSE YOU QUOTED REFERS TO JESUS. THE VERSE IS CALLED THE MESSAIC PROPHETIC VERSE. THERE ARE OTHERS IN ISAIAH AND EZEKIEL.
