Polish and Dutch are completely different languages. Polish is spoken in country called Poland, and Dutch in Netherlands.

Momenta,

This is somewhat irrelevant to what you are asking but actually, if there had been no Slavic invasion of Poland in the 6th century A.D., the people of Poland probably would be speaking something very similar to Dutch.

It is only because of the Slavic migrations that they do not.

Likewise, if the Anglo-Saxons had never invaded England, you and I might be speaking something similar to Italian today.

That's one of the ways history operates.

No. Dutch is a Germanic language. It's closely
related to Low German. On the other hand,
Polish is a West Slavic tongue, in the same
family as Russian, Czech and Serbian.

No. Not even close.
And you shouldn't send messages translated by an online translator - they're really not reliable and you can even inadvertently offend someone with the ridiculous translations that babelfish and the likes of it give.

Polish as i understood is a dialect of German , but i'm not sure . you have to check that . another thing : i'm sure you can find sites that will give an immediate online text translation directly to Polish . usually that translation is not reliable since the meaning and correct grammar may become lost in the translation , but since its Christmas time i think some short messages like a gesture of love and greeting are ok if you use those online sites translations . it is Christmas .
