Arnold Schwarzenegger started bodybuilding at age 15. Lou Ferrigno began at 14. Go ahead. Give it all you've got because the younger you are the greater the possibility of you getting huge. Don't wait until you're older.

Yeah some people oftenly say that growth of the height stops if u lift weights..but i think i does matters only in heavy weights..
if u lift weight way too heavy then it might affect ur height..
and also try askin ur coach in the meantime about the combinations of the height growth and weight lifting..
but sometimes the growth of the height is also genetic..
by-byeeee
i hope that helped u out

WEIGHT LIFTING DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR GROWTH, I STARTED AT 13 YEARS OLD, NEVER STOP SINCE, NOW I'M 38, 5'9", ABOUT 185 LBS. THE ONLY WAY IT'S GONNA AFFECT YOU, IS THAT YOU'LL GOING TO BE ABLE TO KICK EVERYONES A**, AND THEY WILL RESPECT YOU MORE AND NOT **** WITH YOU.

No... Who you are was determined by hormones and genetics when your mother carried you, before you where born, like height, eye color, skin tone, hair color & style, etc, some things can not be changed because of the genetics...

That can only happen if you are lifting way too heavy that it damages your spine. Otherwise no, has got nothing to do with height. ^_^
