Most of the people here are VERY biased to America Trucks. IS the Tundra Good truck. YES. it has tons of features standard. It gets better gas mileage than some of its competitors. Its built by Toyota. I work at a Toyota dealer and they do not come in alot for problems. Yes there are some that had some issues that were resolved through TSB's but i can only imagine what its liek to work at a Dodge or Ford Dealer. Sure American Trucks are good Trucks. The Silverado is awesome and so is the Ford. But we have tons of people trading in America Trucks for the good ole Tundra. Which by the Way are all built in America and the Dodge Ram is in fact built in Mexico for the people who said they arent and whoever said mexico is overseas check the map before you speak. Also some Silverados are built in Canada. And who cares where they are built its all about the parts that are in them. build quality doesnt change with the location of an assembly plant people.
But to Answer the question YES. They are awesome trucks

The latest model Tundra hasn't been quite up to Toyota's usual build quality standards. It was having some problems, but I think Toyota has been working them out. Still a good truck. It's just a matter of personal preference between this and, say, a Silverado.

Just about every new vehicle is good, but the new Toyota trucks are below average in quality. Ford, Dodge, and Chevrolet all build more reliable trucks, so if reliability is your primary concern, go with an American truck. Be careful who you listen to on here: I can't believe some mo-fo actually thinks American trucks are being built overseas!

It is the second least reliable full size pick-up. The only one with more problems is the Nissan Titan. The Chevy Silverado and Ford F150 are your best bets as far as full size pick-ups go.
Bill S: I don't know where you get your info from, but the only Fords and Chevys built in Mexico are small cars.

No, its a truck, not a car. But yes they're great trucks, and built in the US, unlike Dodge, Chevy and Ford which are now being built overseas.
Ryan, go look at a Ford, Chevy, and a Dodge and see where its built. MEXICO buddy. That's why I got rid of my Ford, and soon to get rid of my POS Chevy Cobalt.

no not really they are about to have several recalls on them.. it looks disasterous fro toy, they are really sitting on a time bomb here.. buy a ford they are more sensitive to the market here..japs are not.. I read this report on the net from a investment website.. they are telling investors to sell now before the news comes out.. they got the info from Japan.. that is why I think it is credible.
