Both. A man that is totally manly but that can treat her like a lady and be sweet and care for her.

You know this is not a cut and dry question. Many women want a man to be a man, and gentle, mindful of her needs,considerate and kind. Not wishy washy or whoosy, or indifferent to decision making. Such as I dont care, I dont know. And willing to listen to reason, and not always just saying no or yes. Give in a little once in a while. Women can be so manipulative in getting their own way, and we want a man to be able to rationalize our concerns, and discuss it. Give a little, get a lot. I would not want a totally manly man.....they are self-centered, egotistical, Momma's Boy's, trying to be better than anyone else and looking for constant acceptance and gratification. They often are insecure, which is always a recurrent problem in a relationship. Most women want a man and not to have to raise one.
I have a great man now, and it took me 25 years to RAISE HIM......he was badly damaged from his first very demented wife. He is SO much better now.......

To be honest, I like a guy who is both. He's manly when it comes to me and other guys, or dangerous situations...my knight and shining armor lol. Then when it's 'us' time, I like him to be sweet and sensitive...I like a guy that's sensitive, I think that's who a REAL manly man is..he's not afraid to cry infront of his girlfriend or wife. That's my type of guy lol ; ].

well i know i just don't feel attracted to a guy unless he is a sweet caring guy who has at least some sensitivity i absolutely HATE the cocky guys who think they are the best and remain completely out of touch with their emotions it really annoys me that they can't come to terms with the fact they have emotions

well, i like sweet guys, but not over sensitive like u said. but they should also be considerate of others. i cant say i like manly guys.... because they might be too much. but overall i like sweet guys. :]

Well I know this is not what you want to read....
But it is different for everyone...
Personally I like a man who is a little of both....
But if it came down to one or the other I would choose the sweetheart.

I like my guys sweet and sensitive.Also they gotta have a great personality! They have to be cute and funny.
