Of couse he likes you otherwise he wouldn't be talking to you as much as you have indicated he does. So the questions are: Do you like him as more than just a friend or co-worker? Is it appropriate for co-workers to date? Are you mature enough to let him know that you would like to get to know him better (and he you) through dating?
If you answered "No" to any of these three questions, then just keep things appropriatedly professional and enjoy your working friendship.
