tomorrow............ my eldest son got a new digital camera, and after seeing some fat, ugly old hag on there (she was wearing my clothes!) it's diet or suicide soon

I'm going to answer this question, but my answer does not pertain to everyone.. I have sarcoidosis. I am not going on any diet at all right now. I do watch my weight very carefully because if my weight starts to drop i am in serious trouble AGAIN. I am currently taking mthotrexate, a chemotherapy drug and plaquenil. I would like very much to go to the mayo clinic but I can't afford it. So, I am just taking life one day at a time which is why I am here with you. God blesss and diet all you want to. I just don't have a need to at this time. love you all

tomorrow...looking forward to it. This year I started at the beginning of Jan and lost four stone over the year, and kept it off :O) 2008 I want to loose a further 2 stone then will be at my ideal weight.

I was on a diet for a year prior to to my surgery on 24/10/07 so no more diet for me for a while. LUCKY ME !!
