There's this girl I really like..we met when working last Summer and often flirted even kissed one time. We kept in contact by chat now and then since that as we are in diff cities. She has just called me to say she will get free time from work soon and will come to see me (and she will also visit another girl she knows on the way). So I was so happy, I told her it is so nice to hear her voice. She replied straight away 'its so nice to hear yours too'. I also told her the place im working in needs more people and she said jokingly 'will they give me a job!'. Does this mean that she is interested in me as more than a friend? I mean she is a really friendly girl and has lots of friends.

It sounds to me like she is. Do make your feelings clear as well cause these situations can drug forever if people are scared of speaking out.

If you're not sure if she is attracted to you in a sexual way, why don't you do something that makes her attracted to you. its not about what she thinks. Its about what you think.
You see because you've had to ask this question you already come across as being someone who isn't very good with the opposite sex, you seem quite needy. Like you need to know whether she likes you before you are man enough put yourself on the line and say i like you. What this signals to the woman is that you are'nt sure of yourself, and you are'nt particularly sure that you like her all that much either.
don't worry, you'll get it eventually. you just have some maturing to do. sexual communication is done mainly with body language and INDIRECT suggestion. Only the weakest and most pathetic ever say 'do you like me?' which equates to 'will you approve me im so pathetic i dont like myself and i need someone else to affirm me all the time because ive not found who i am yet.'

Well some girsl come too strong and are very warm-hearted or friendly that guys may misinterpret their actions....guess you ahve to observe more and dont jump into conclusions yet, I am sure you will understand soon , the moment you get along well with each other....but now too early to say really, but if you are, just be a little patient ok???Time will show you the way!!!
