It sounds like an allergy reaction, but rebathing her after 4 days isn't going to undo what was done. You can try giving her a 25mg benedryl. But you really should try some 10% cortisone spray as this might ease the reaction.
If it doesn't start to heal in a few days, you might want to take her to the vet.

It definitely sounds like an allergy.
Take a bottle of Hydrogen peroxide and a q tip and put a little on each bump to help heal them.

Have you changed her food lately? Did you feed her any table scraps that are new to her? Skin lesions are common from food allergies.
Also, do you have a lawn service? APBT's have no undercoat, so if they roll or lay down in grass with a chemical on it, they could be affected.

Def. take her to the vet, but you can also give her 1 Benedryl if she is itching, biting or scratching them. Another thing to do is until you can get her to the vet, put some neosporin, or burn cream on the spots to help her inflammation.
Good Luck to you!!!!

Dog shampoo or people shampoo??
did you dry her correctly (with blow drier.) or let her air dry?
OATMEAL shampoo is gentlest on their skin...
could it be she had the bumps before hand?? pits are known for having lots of skin problems...
