and what to do against frequent nosebleeding?

Besides high blood pressure and sinus problems it could also be due to weak blood vessels that can be strengthened with citrus bioflavonoids.

Cauterization should only be a very last resort. This involves heat sealing blood vessels by heat fusion with a local anaesthetic.

When I had mine ... I stopped into the emergency room at the hospital. They had me first thing spray into my nose some Afrin nasal spray (nowdays I prefer Vicks sinex nasal spray). The decongestant in the spray helps stop the bleeding. Then they had me hold that side of my nose closed for a very very long time and wouldn't let me blow it.. Nowdays I stuff some paper towel in there to block it up while I wait for the blood to clot.

Brand name product you can buy at any pharmacy.

Use just a couple of time and you should see a quick improvement. If nose bleeds are more serious you should have your symptoms checked by a professional.

Pack your nose with tissue and ice the bridge.

Google nosebleeds for the vitamins you are missing.
