Who says they're green. As of yet there's no way of know what color they are or what they look like.
Most likely they can't survive in our atmosphere or they don't have the intelligence to actually know we exist. Think of them as whales or other sea creatures. They need a different ecosystem to survive, one that H20 or oxygen can't sustain.
I don't really believe in aliens but I also don't believe we're alone in the universe.

First please don't call God's servants, God's children. Second, who said Aliens are Atheists. Islam says HUman and Jin are worshipers of God.
And as far as introduction goes, that is not God's Job. Even here in earth, if you want to go to another country, you got to get passport, than visa, than plane or train ticket etc. So if you want to go meet aliens , go ahead, god doesn't forbid you.
