When Kaliyuga was about to come, he had a dialogue with king parikshit. The kaliyuga told all bad things to happen in his era, and parikshit decided to kill Kali... but Kaliyuga told i have one great quality which no other Yuga will have
Any person seriously doing sadhna will get Moksha in one birth (whereas in other yugas many thousands years of sadhna would bring Moksha).
Parikshit said - well this quality is so great that i let u in... and kaliyuga entered his golden crown saying - but i will keep people so busy and engrossed that they will not even think of Moksha....
So Kaliyuga is best of the four, as it gives boost to one's sadhna and also it brings the great mental evolution of humans

Out of the four Yugas according to Hindu belief viz. Satyuga, Tretayuga, Dwaparyuga, and Kaliyuga, I feel Kaliyuga is teh best because of the following reasons.
1. In the yugas preceeding Kaliyuga there have been Avataars wherein God manifested on earth amongst us and yet we chose to see kaliyuga! Clearly our actions and karma in those yugas were not to the mark.
2. In kaliyuga we are at the lowest bottom as per the our deeds in the previous yugas, hence the only place for us to go now is ahead/upwards/towards the better.
3. In kaliyuga the benefit is that the God has given us the most fabulous gifts of all that being the essence of all of God's previous manifestations and lessons to learn from...
4. Bhakti, Yoga, Naam-smarana, are the instruments which we have now with which we can better ourselves and cleanse the dirt of all the previous yugas and be fresh to meet and greet God again face to face.
5. Kaliyuga is the only yuga which gives us another chance to better and regain what we had at the start of the Satayuga, thereby starting a new era.
6. It is in kaliyuga that God is more close to us than anyother yuga. In an attempt to help us God resides in our breathe and helps us all individually to regain our kingdom of purity, intellect, bliss, and eternity.
When God itself is here then what other yuga can be better, and I personally believe that a chance to better ourselves is the best time always.
So be up and doing for this is a chance that comes after long long separation from God.
thanks

The four Yugas are Satyug,Tetra,Dwapur, and Kalyug. According to Hinduism, the first three Yugas require a lot of years remember to Almighty to obtain God. On the other hand, the present Yuga,Kalyuga requires to get God to believe and meditation regularly 24 hours only instead of a large number of years in the rest three Yugas. Thus,in my opinion, the present Yugas namely Kalyuga is the best Yuga in comparison to other Yugas. Thanks to the questioner to ask interesting question from the point of views of society.

I assume you mean "age."
According to Hinduism Krtayuga (Golden Age) was the best one. They also believe we are living in the final Kaliyuga (Iron Age) and that soon Vishnu will wipe everything out with water and fire.
I have just studied this, but since I am a Christian, I do not believe it. Some have claimed that Christianity borrowed from Hinduism, but I have seen no evidence of this. I just gave a presentation on the similarities and differences between the two cosmogonies.
EVERYBODY:
There is a difference between YUGA (age) and YOGA (joining). Look it up before answering...

Yugas (era) have been divided in the four which are cyclic in nature -
1. Kali (Iron)
2. Dawapara (Bronze)
3. Treta (Silver)
4. Sat (Golden), is the best of all
Now let’s explore about Yuga (era) and it’s relationship with spirituality. As per Vedas, we have "another Surya (Sun)" at the center of the Universe, which is called "galactic Sun" and it emits divine rays in all directions. Our Solar system also rotates around this "galactic Sun". Depending upon the proximity of "galactic Sun" and obstruction in divine rays; the depth of spiritualism varies from time to time. One complete cycle is called Maha-yuga (great era or cycle), which consists of 4 Yugas (era). Maha-yugas (great era) are cyclic in nature. In the above table Yuga Dawapara is twice of Kali, Treta is thrice of Kali and Sat is four times of Kali. In Indian history, Lord Krishna and Lord Rama was in Dawapara and Treta Yuga (era) respectively.
Most of the scholars hold the view that at present we are passing through ascending half of Kali-Yuga, where galactic Sun is 25% effective.

'Kaliyuga' is the best because it is only in 'Kaliyuga' when you have the best chance for liberation within a shortest span of time. In other Yugas a lot of time and effort was required but Kaliyuga is blessed in the sense that your spiritual fulfilment can come in three days flat only if you are desperate enough for self realization and liberation.

Sir,
It's a cycle. And a cycle moves better when its equidistant from the CENTRE( God ). All are similarly good. Each and every Yuga is graced by the Avataar of 'Prabhu'.
".............sambhavaami yuge yuge." II1 II
".........Tadatmanam srijamyaham." II2II
And the yuga with the presence of God can not be compared with each other. And they should not be compared with each other for the mundane things too.
Definitely some desirous people may rank kaliyuga as the best to attain Mokksha easily. But desire gives birth to lust, and Moksha runs away from the lust. Kaliyug is full of desires and desires only. but no moksha.
To attain moksha you have to be desireless, for moksha even.
