Bleeding ulcer.
You need to go see a doctor.
You Could bleed out and die from an ilcer if it "perforates" and you are not near a doctor who can help.
I am always amazed by the serious health issues people bring in here for amateurs to advise. Only a live doctor can diagnose you. Blood coming out of you anywhere is a serious issue.

Whatever it is ULCER or not you need to see a doctor. Some BRB (Bright Red Blood) "thrown up" can indicate blood abnormalities that are life threatening.
