"Christmas" wasn't a holiday when Jesus was on earth. When Jesus drank alcoholic beverages, He drank wine.

Luke 7:31 "To what then shall I compare the people of this generation, and what are they like? 32 They are like children sitting in the marketplace and calling to one another, "'We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge, and you did not weep.'

33 For John the Baptist has come eating no bread and drinking no wine, and you say, 'He has a demon.' 34 The Son of Man has come eating and drinking, and you say, 'Look at him! A glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!' 35 Yet wisdom is justified by all her children."

Jesus never celebrated Christmas. It was invented to coincide with pagan holidays. And he never celebrated his birthday. He said that the day that people died were more noble than the day of your birth, for what do you have to say that you did the day you were born?

So, he never restricted alcohol any day of the year, not even on a day that in the future would be called christmas

I don't think Jesus drank any alcohol at Christmas, because isn't Christmas celebrated to commemorate his birth(and i don't think Babies drink alcohol :])?

Anyway, I think people are used to drinking alcohol during these festive celebrations because it's an initiative that they are in fact, CELEBRATING something. So...then...here comes the alcohol.

Yes he did drink wine but it was probably just grape juice. He also passed it round at the Last Supper.

From what I understand it was blessed and the alcohol removed from it and it was pure. That is why we cannot reproduce this product they had with him. Its cannot be reproduced by mankind today or after him. It was from one of heavens rivers that he made them drink.. Its called Al Khauthar.. the abundance he was drinking.
