I just got a new ps3 (60gb) and first tried guitar hero 3. When I put the disc in, it said I had to update the firmware. So I did, and I keep getting error 8002F14E. I've tried rebooting, unplugging, everything I can think of. It won't let me go back to the menu, I'm stuck at that screen. What should I do?

Appears, that you had an error during a download. Try downloading an update via PC (from playstation site for your country), if that won't work, unfortunately, you have to take it to the service.

That's wierd.When i put COD4 it said i had to update it o version 2.01 and so i did and there was no problem Previously when i bought Fifa 08 i had to update it to 1.93 to play the game and nothing wrong happened. Maybe u should change your disc.........
