With which windows program can i open a .PH4 file?

@ freshmea...; i already tried that, opened with .txt, . doc , .xml.. But only a bunch of nonsense characters appears and nothing more.

I believe it's a PHP document. You can change the extension to .txt and open it with any word processor.

it's PHP file. you can open it with any editor such as notpad,wordpad,textpad, ultraedit
