Well my cat passed her due date, its almost a week now and I'm worried. She just started to wander of under my bed and in my parents room when everyong is not there. She already faced the symptoms of near labour weeks ago. She naps alot, she sleeps from 3-5 hours, wakes up for food and walks around a bit then sleeps again. Is it normal for he to pass her due date with a week? I was going to call the vet but my mom said she's fine. Please help.

Most Momma cats want to go and hide when they have there litters.
I got a big Box and put food , water, and litter an in my case placed it in a a room where ther is not a lot of traffic, I also placed a couple of towels inside the box for a bed. You will know when she is ready.
If she is a smaller cat, you may want to stay with her through the delivery's if she has several cats toward the end she may become exausted and may need you to use a warm face cloth and wipe there privates to get them to go at first, momma will clean everything up try not to intervere, accept in emergency watch what she does as far as cleaning thm to get them to go at first this can aid you so you know what to do.
Let her alone and leave her to herself she knows what to do. You are a bystander incase momma needs some assistance, other than that just watch, and learn.

If she's wandering around under beds and places like that,it sounds like she's looking for a safe place to have her kittens.Try putting a box with a towel that you don't care about in a dark closet and leave the door open a bit.then show her and see if she's comfortable with it.That's what I did.

I think you ought to take her to the vet.
She may be having complications.
He will probably induce labor.
