Yes, but it can be complicated because of the size of the heart itself.

There isn't really a lot of space in the area where the heart sits. When doing transplants, they have to make sure that the heart will fit in the space available, and also that it is large enough to manage the circulation for the new host body. For example, a small woman's heart might be too small to work effectively in a large man's body. Similarly, a large man's heart might be too large to fit into a small woman's chest.

Other than the size issues, and of course the concern about rejection of the transplanted organ, there is no reason why organs, including the heart, cannot be transplanted between members of the opposite sex.

YES - There is no problem in transplanting a made heart into a female or vice-versa as they are exactly similar in all respects of structures.

Hearts of both Male and female, in the human body, the heart is usually situated to the left of the middle of the thorax, underneath the breastbone (see diagrams). The heart is usually felt to be on the left side because the left heart (left ventricle) is stronger (it pumps to all body parts). The left lung is smaller than the right lung because the heart occupies more of the left hemithorax. The heart is enclosed by a sac known as the pericardium and is surrounded by the lungs. The pericardium is a double membrane structure containing a serous fluid to reduce friction during heart contractions. The mediastinum, a subdivision of the thoracic cavity, is the name of the heart cavity.

The difference in the organs of a few other systems like reporductive system, urinary track and breast area are different between male and female.-

Gender distinction is not stated anywhere in medical notes regarding organ transplantation. Hence your question can be replied affirmatively.

Of course.. do you need a heart?

Its the same as if someone was to have a sex change, they can swap their parts.. That has nothing to do with hearts.. But its similar..
