Write that down for her, or be sure to have this page loaded up on the computer. That you are supportive and understanding of her work is surely a wonderful gift. I know this, because my sweetheart waited until 10pm for me to get home from work so we could decorate the house together, and plan our Christmas dinner. Today we have to have it before I leave again for work, at a group home caring for developmentally disabled adults. I hate leaving him, and yet I know the folks I take care of need me. That he understands and supports my work, means that when I am there, I can give my whole attention to them, helping them to have a lovely holiday. And I can come home to him, and cherish every moment together.

My husbands the same he is working today ( Xmas Day ) looking after disabled children and making it a lovely Christmas for them . People like your wife and my husband are unsung heroes and deserve more than they get. We have a son and we will wait for him to get home before any presents are opened and we will be having a late dinner. I hope you have a great time when she gets home. Happy Xmas to you both.

Your wife is a lovely, lovely person. I know a lady like her, not a relative, who spends lots of her spare time helping and looking after those less fortunate. She is not religious, just so kind hearted.. So give thanks that you have such a lovely wife, and that there are people like this in the world.. A very happy Christmas to you both.
