That thought does not appear in the Bible.

Have not read the bible, but I have heard it said many times that on Judgement Day, only the true believers will be saved.

Great, where does that leave the rest of us?

If we rape and kill 72 babies, but ask god for forgiveness anytime before our death...we are OK?

So I will not be saved, although I have always treated others how I like to be treated and I have given to charity and never done an evil deed...basically an all around good guy, yet, I don't happen to believe in God in the forms that have been presented..

Such garbage, "makes me wanna puke".

Jesus says in the Bible that the only sin that is unforgiveable is talkin smack about the Holy Ghost. Everything else is pretty much up for grabs, provided you repent later and promise not to do it again. I think you will be safe if you doubt.

That's not true because God's capacity for forgiveness is greater than man's capacity for sin.

I was taught that God will forgive you for anything if you ask. So you have to stop doubting before you die.

aren't you glad that god isn't real though?
