Another good question Flaw....in other words...the more we try to show Love to a world that rejects Him,...the more they will reject us.
As for this being an example of "religion based on fear"...I don't see any threats there...no "be better or I will rip you apart."....what I do see.. are traits I'd rather not have. Am really interested in meeting someone who says they want more anger, more slander, more arrogance and more disorder. What I'm looking for is the person who wants a future husband or wife that says "give me more sexual impurity and a double dose of adultry".
And they say we make this decision out of fear? Fear of what? Living a crappier life?

think about this: do you really want to subscribe to a religion based in fear?
Do you really, really think that all the things you've done are sins? really? what if they are just mistakes? the kind that make you wiser?
