i was also suffering from survical spine from last 3 yrs, once i go to phsyotherapist , he gave me neck strech therapy for 15 to 20 days & suggest some light exercise , that time i cant handle even 1 kg weight , but they told me use light weight more times , then u will recover , dont try heavy weight it will damage ur muscle , from last 2 months i m doing that exercise my pain is gone & my hand is better then before , try it.

Go to the chiropractor. I go for my headaches and he does wonders for me. I also fell on my sholder and hurt my rotor cuff. He did adjustments and I went to physical therapy. I am pain free. Call asap and give it a shot before you do some serous permanant damage.
