talk to him
either tell him u want a relationship with him or he needs to stop flirting with u
and if u do date him make sure he knows that u don't like him flirting around
but really talk to him, see what he meant when eh kissed u and stuff.

Love / romance is a gamble, for you may not really know if this guy's relationship w/ his ex is really over. Welcome to the complicated world of teen romance, kiddo.
Assuming he's completely over and done w/ his relationship w/ the ex.....he's shown his interest in you--as you have admitted your interest in him. He kisses you and fireworks of joy burst out. Great!! Now, what REALLY is the problem here?
If however, it's NOT over between him and his ex, then he's being a Romeo---and you need to cool the engines around him by telling him straight out: He can't have a slice of cake and enjoy another.

Listen girl, you need to chill, let him be, you got the hots for him, but he is on the rebound, why do you say 'he will never be mine'.. i don't understand. U can only save him out of situation when u urself are stable... I think u shud be with him bust just as a friend as in long term it cud hurt u..

you have done the kissing and hugging only cause of your crush or feelings for him but better make it clear before doing all that next time .....let him know that you are doing all that because you like him and like to be with him and let him understand and decide....this way you will retain your friendship and not loose him
