So next week I have a special arrangement and was wondering if their were ways to look less bloated maybe by detoxing all that sugar, basically I'm going to start to diet afterwards, but it would be great to have an extra push for my arrangement next week. Take in mind that I weight 200 or so lbs.

I'm not asking for a miracle anything, I know their are ways to look slimmer by giving up something, I've read about I just can't remember, I know how to diet healthy and i've done it over the long term I just need to look slightly lesss............

You can surely "debloat" yourself and look 5 lbs thinner. These "miracle diets" that claim to make you lost 10 lbs a week or 4 lbs a day are simply "debloaters." Start by limiting your salt intake and drink lots of water. You can also take a mild diuretic like Diurex, but make sure you are also drinking lots of water, and be prepared to gain that weight right back. Once you start to diet for real, keep a food journal to see how much sodium you are taking in, this will help you see where you are "bloating" yourself. Happy

Okay, the thing you read about limiting is probably SODIUM like i mentioned. Your specific question was in to losing some extra bloat and what I said is exactly what you need to do. Since you posted it, and since I answered it, if you did what I said, you should have lost some of the water weight by now. By "detoxing all that sugar" is not going to resolve your problem of the bloated-ness. When you start your actual diet, do what i said and keep a food journal, this is where you will learn where exactly those extra pounds are coming from.

You're bloated 5 days after a big meal? If you're not exaggerating, see a doctor. If you are, don't worry about it, you will fart all the bloat out by the next day. As for looking slimmer, pick out the right clothes, that's all I can say. You're a "Resolution" dieter it seems.....please keep at it, I hope you achieve your weight loss goals.

The best way to do it is to not make a hog of yourself at all the holiday feasts in the first place. It is also the hardest way to do it!

I don't know what you can do to reduce the bloating but if you figure it out let me know and I'll pass the secret around.....

You might want to take in less sodium.
