Sorry about the comment from "Just me" not everyone in America speaks in such a hateful way, maybe she'll reconsider her words and remember that you are an equal member of the human race. Why she thinks you are responsible for tainted dog food and toys is beyond me. Do you own a pet food factory and a toy factory?
Anyway... on to your Q... I would try to find the Chinese Community in the area of India where you'd like to teach. Specifically, Chinese teachers that are already working there. This is probably best done via the Internet and searching in English for a Chinese language school. If you have teaching credentials and a degree you may want to try to teach in a high school or University.
I am an American teaching English in China now. I suggest wherever you take a job, commit to the shortest amount of time... probably one year. After a year you will know the game much better and be in a position to search for a better job at a better salary.

Hi there - I would recommend going onto the web and searching for some general teaching positions - if you google "teaching Chinese" you will find both volunteer and paid positions available all over the world. Get in touch with some teaching agencies - they will know where there are vacancies.
itsjustme - I find that highly inappropriate. Just because some certain individuals in China choose to disobey the law, you cannot implicate and blame everyone. I am assuming you are American, how would you feel if I accused you of being a member of the KKK?
