I've been seeing this guy a month now, I'm eighteen and he's 23. He works 5 days a week and lives an hour from me. He seems to be honest and when we hang out things are good, the chemistry is great. Problem is we never get to see each other cause of me going to college and him working all the time NOT TO MENTION he loves to hunt whenever he possibly can. He always tells me he will come and see me, but never pulls through on it. This has happened atleast five times now, but yet we still talk everyday. He's finally pulled my last straw by us planning to go out Saturday, but yet I didn't ever hear from him that day or the next day either. I tried talking to him and received no response. Now he is trying to talk to me and I've been completely ignoring him. I finally told him it ISN'T ok to walk out of my life a few days then expect things to be fine when he returns. He admitted to messing up. What's up with this? No matter what happens he always comes back, but what's the deal?

umm... either he is getting crap from his buddies.... or he's cheating..... or he doesnt want a relationship.... he could be gay... he sleeps alot.... theres alot of reasons

and to the comment that guys just want sex that not really true unless your emotionally crippled guy in which case stay away b/c they will never be able to have a relationship....

(This Answer's Coming From A Bloke)
*Sorry to say this, but i think you guys should go separate ways.
It doesnt sound like he's got time for you, no matter how far he lives or how busy he is (at work).
And of course, if the sexual chemistry is good, then i know why he keeps stringing you along.
Its only been a month so i hope that IF you guys split, that it wont be too painful. Good Luck.

what i dont understand is why you allow him to play games with you. do you realize this is a game? he's obviously not that concerned about spending time with you, or else he would do everything he could to make it happen. maybe he's not ready to be in a relationship however takes comfort in knowing that you will be there waiting for him. i dont mean this in a good way. he knows that no matter what he does, hes not going to lose you because youre not going to do anything. you need to set some rules with him. if he doesnt like it, than he's not worth waisting time on. if he truly cares, he will do what he can to meet you in the middle. dont let him play you anymore

You are in the circles of his life associated with work. He is interested, but really the only reliable forums is when he is wearing his work-hat. When its weekend and he is home, then he is wearing a different hat and living in different circles.

Until you are part of the "home-circle" you cant have any real recreational companionship that you seem to desire.

Just ditch him before he keeps leading you around... End it for once and for all, that way you control how it ends and it's not him when he finds someone better. Save yourself the headache, tell him to grow up and move on.

Well, if that is so. Then he is in love with someone and after he got her he will leave you. He is searching a beautiful woman for himself. I know this because i have freinds like that.
