i have this guy friend we went to a fastfood chain to have breakfast after work.. we both ordered spaghetti..and then while were eating i noticed him looking in my lips while im eating my spaghetti and then back into my eyes..does it have meanings?

Yes a bit of naughty but harmless meanings.Seeing you, your lips, looking at your eyes, he probably communicates the message 'how it would be if i could be there at your lips in lieu of the spaghetti bitten by you'

Yeah - he is watching you eat.
Do you eat like a pig, or like his family does, or with great manners and civility? All you have to do is eat in a way he has not seen for him to be curious about how you eat.
The looking at your eyes afterward is a redirecting of attention after he is done watching you eat.
I bet you think he was wanting to kiss you. Im pretty sure that whether or not he wants to kiss you, that idea never went through his mind.
