The record shows that Noah began to father sons after reaching 500 years of age the Deluge occurring in his 600th year. Already married at the time of the Deluge Shem is stated to have fathered his first son, Arpachshad, two years after the Deluge when he, Shem, was 100 years old. (Ge 11:10) This would mean that Shem was born when Noah was 502 years of age; and since Ham appears to be referred to as the “youngest son”, Japheth would logically be the first son born to Noah, when he was 500 years of age.

Genesis 7:11 tells us that Noah was 600 years old when the flood began. Noah and company were on the ark for a year and 10 days (see Gen 8:14). So Noah would have been 601 when he got off the ark.

We also read:
Genesis 5:32 And Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah begot Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

Unfortunately this is imprecise. Careful study will show that this would have been Noah's age when he begat the oldest of his three sons. You will find the same imprecision mentioned of Abraham's father Terah as to when Abraham and his two brothers were born (Genesis 11:26).

Japheth was the elder brother of Shem.

Genesis 10:21 And children were born also to Shem, the father of all the children of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder.

Ham was the youngest son (Genesis 9:22-24). He was an unknown number of years younger than Shem.

That means Shem was the middle son. Abraham is a descendant of Shem.

We read of Noah's son Shem:

Genesis 11:10 This is the genealogy of Shem: Shem was one hundred years old, and begot Arphaxad two years after the flood.

Whether this is after the beginning or after the end of the flood is unclear. I will assume it is after the end of the flood. In that case Shem was 100 two years after the end of the flood and three years after the beginning of the flood.

So Japheth, the eldest son, would have been 100 when the flood occurred. And from the forgoing Shem would have been three years younger or 97 when he entered the ark. Ham, the youngest, was an unknown number of years younger than Shem.

Why isn't there any bone fossils of humans with a life span of several hundred years. Even bones on dinosaurs living 60 millions years ago can be found, why not humans who lived a few thousand years back?

There was no Noah, so he had no children. This is just an absurd fairy tale that even a Jewish authority like Maimonides cautioned people not to take as literal history.

He had 3 sons who were righteous...

who knows how many kids he had.

also, he may have lived to be 600, and his wife may have too, but like all women, I bet she was out of eggs at about 45-50...
