she is a little chubby looking but not much. she wanted me tto ask what you thought about that. she thinks shes very fat and is very self concious about it.

she sounds like shes pretty thick. guys love girls that are thick. doesn't she listen to rap? they talk about it all the time. thick is sexy!

your friend is not fat some might even consider her phat!! but if she not please about her appearance she will lack the self esteem and the confidence to go out and do things.
You can help your friend my going out for walks or even jogging once or two a weekwith her. Since she is not what i would consider to be fat there is no need for any vigorous routine. She just need to monitor her diet and do not eat late at night.
Have fun no need to stress.

I'm a dude, 5'5' 137, 18. Do the comparison. I work out I am just about normal and not that much fat, I am not skinny either.

Tell your friend that she is well within the range of being in the normal weight range. She is got a BMI of 23.8 and the overweight is 25 and above. No worries.

she should weigh more like 110, so she may be a little overweight, but not much. Tell her to talk to her doctor about a plan to lose a few pounds sensibly if she's concerned. Better to take care of it now and learn good habits than to wait til you're older- it's much harder to take off then!

it could be worse. She could be 140 and 5'1 and 45. She is fat but who cares. Just be herself and let her be happy about. Who cares what others think. And yes, that is fat. But like bald guys, looks aren't everything.
