i 17 and a mere 130pds....i wanna get thick!!!

Eat 6 meals a day (3 solid and 3 shake). Go to the gym. Eat A lot of protein (in meat). If you don't want to get fat don't eat carbohydrates (pasta, bread etc.)

Yes. It would give extra calories and protein. Exercising regularly would help put on muscle.

You have have not mentioned your height, so there may be a question if you really need to gain weight. If you have not been seen by a doctor for a few years, it might be time for a check up.

i think ensure can make you gain weight. my mum took them for 2 week once a day and she gain weight and dont look as thin as last time. i love to mix them in my protien shake because its tasty.
