Yes, God INVENTED the laws of nature; and He reserves the right to suspend them. It's only natural for Him.
Col 1:16 For BY HIM WERE ALL THINGS created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: ALL THINGS were created BY him, and FOR him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things CONSIST.
That word "consist" means without His constant, consistent, care, the very elements would fly apart. He's what's holding it all together.
Heb 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him 4 God also bearing them witness, both WITH SIGNS AND WONDERS, AND WITH DIVERS MIRACLES, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, ACCORDING TO HIS OWN WILL?
But still, for some:
John 12:37 -- But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:

As per God whatever be your belief whoever God you pray , as long as you do good you will be blessed. God is not a roadside street goonda to expect prayers to HIM only>
In Ramayana , Ravana was praying only Lord Shiva , he was not accepting other beliefs > So he was killed by Lord Vishnu. The attitude of people like Ravana who donot accept others' beliefs are devils and demons.
God is an intelligent and Knowledged person to understand this secular faith.
By accepting Multiple number of Gods sentiment, through which social harmony and secularism can be established>
God or religion is not such a bad element to say it “there is only one god that is I , if u don’t pray me there is no use and I don’t save you at the end” ,> If God says it , he is not a god it is a DEVIL and Demon.

Yes, God creates the laws (ie. justice, social rights, etc). But He creates them and can ammend or rid them, natural laws do not control Him.

I think they are natural law; however, he's having a hard time make more laws since it will contradict a previous law.

No, God's law is the law you will obey if you follow your conscience; following (and catering to) your desires is natural law.

Sure! It is so natural to command that someone who picks up sticks on the sabbath be stoned to death.
