No, and the USA is not the world. Other countries exist also and they are also experiencing unusual seasons.
God is warning the world that the end is near and everyone should hear and become truly born again. Remember the story in the bible about Noah? well Jesus told us that when the world becomes like that of Noah's time He will return, but not before much harm has been done to this earth.
But lets get back to the US. This country is experiencing the wrath of God more than others...so you have to examine why.... you just have to look around you and see that it has decayed morally, every evil abounds there, and certainly throughout the world.
So now is the time to make every effort and get into the Ark so to speak before the final judgements rain down on this earth. The Ark represents Jesus Christ and we all have to become truly born again and be made holy and righteous by faith. This is only possible through His gospel of the water and the Spirit (John 3:5).

Decode this lyrics "Season in the sun"
Expose the mystery of "The Promised land"
That is our creator's universal gifts of life.
Which is our creator's natural weather control system for the four seasons had been messed up without being aware of it.
By Captain Hook with Polly the parrot with the map marked "X" on Treasure Island..
Genesis 2. 4-7
The blunders and slip-ups with human errors in kicking the butts of God.
When "The Promised land" was fought and won by the Union Jack from after world war two was hijacked by Captain Hook with Polly the parrot that was lost with time.
When they were suppose to be the care-taker.
Without being aware of the mess created back in the past.
With the whole system going haywire.
Exodus 6.8
What do you think?
Merry X'mas !

I dont think so. I think of the snow storms as a sort of cleansing to our earth. I know that people aren't getting home for christmas because of flights, that is sad. Instead of the snow as a negative thing, lets think of it as a positive. I think that God is giving us a new start through this snow, sort of like Noah's story. People are hurt, but it eventually pulls us together and makes us more peaceful. Snow is a beautiful thing, and i think that He wants us to regard it with positivity and smiles on our faces. Our earth is having a hard time, but God will help pull us through, cleansing us through storms, and teaching us to take better care of our, or His earth, a truly beautiful place that we are very fortunate to be in.

No. Hell, as it was initially introduced, was a deep freeze.
Hell warmed up for reasons other than Gods way of telling
the world. After us folk put lipstick on pig lips, cold or hot,
isn't it still a piggy?
