Why SMT's IC components are all black?

Question

As far as I know, regarding motherboard,
almost all SMT IC components all are black except for MLCC.
Why?
Why not use other else color?

Multi layer chip capacitors MLCC are not sensative to light as semiconductors are. All semiconductors are somewhat effected by light. Dark colors also help in radiating heat as well.
